The APW Company, established in 1944, is a third-generation family owned Electromagnet manufacturer and coil-winding manufacturer. APW is equipped to handle small to high volume product demands with an emphasis on quality work and personal service.
We offer an expansive product line of standard Electromagnets available off the shelf for quick delivery. Additionally we can modify existing designs and or custom design units to meet your OEM applications as needed.
Our electromagnets are used in applications that include X-Ray bed fixed positioning, security door applications, automatic fire door applications, dentist chairs, automatic farm feeders, remote animal trapping, medical diagnostic equipment, motorcycle cruise controls, packaging equipment, electric brakes, simple solenoids, bus swing arm holders and cordless construction equipment.
In addition to our standard electromagnets, APW Company is also a manufacturer of custom wound coils typically used in the medical, diagnostic, packaging and industrial equipment industries.
