Electric Time Company was founded in 1928 and incorporated in Boston, Massachusetts in 1932. We are an outgrowth from the research lab of the Warren Telechron Company of Ashland, Massachusetts (first self starting electric clock manufacturer). Electric Time Company has been manufacturing tower, street and custom clocks for the last century. We have progressed from a laboratory in Boston, Massachusetts, to a small production facility in South Natick, to a larger facility in Natick and then to our current location in Medfield, Massachusetts, a suburb 20 miles S/W of Boston.
Our customers range from Tiffany & Company, Farmer's Market, Disney, Tourneau and Universal Studios to local store owners, developers and civic organizations across the world.
We are the only domestic US manufacturer of tower and street clocks who makes their own clock movements. We can still service and repair our clocks movements made 70 years ago.
Electric Time Company has a full time mechanical engineering and design staff; with this staff we invest time and resources in engineering the best product for your application. Our exterior finishes have been tested by a certified testing lab.
Our tower, post and automatic reset controls are tested to meet UL requirements. |
