Scenic Earth Studios Fine Art Gallery was started in 1996 by Artist Rick Short as a way to show his artwork and reach a world-wide audience. Rick began drawing when he was 9 years old and started painting when he was 13. His paintings have been shown in galleries in his native home of Richmond, Virginia and across the state of Florida from St. Augustine to Fort Lauderdale. Rick has won first and second place awards in local art shows and has used his graphic design skills to create digital art, websites and software for such companies as Walt Disney World, Kemper National Services and The Florida Virtual School. |
