Fran Pritchard started her business in 1993 making fresh salsa in Garnerville, Nevada when she could not find a job. After making fresh salsa for 8 years, she branched out and started making "shelf stable" Killer Salsa that did not require refrigeration until opened. Four flavors were originally offered: Original, Hot, Garlic and Fire Roasted Tomato.
In 2002, Fran made a Nacho Cheese sauce using Killer Salsa and Aged Cheddar Cheese for a Craft fair. The customers loved it and now Killer Salsa Nacho Cheese Sauce is another shelf stable product in the Killer Salsa product line which has grown to 8 products. |
