  Simplicity Sofas is unique. All of its furniture is patented and not available anywhere else. Simplicity Sofas manufactures large and small sofas, apartment sofas, studio sofas and sectionals. All furniture is custom-built the old-fashioned way, one piece at a time, to your individual specifications, and shipped directly to you. No Retail middlemen and no retail markups. Simplicity Sofas is headquartered and manufactured in High Point, NC, the furniture capital of the world and is the latest furniture venture by industry veterans, Jeff Frank and Glenn Laughlin. The company specializes in high quality, full-size, mid-size and apartment-size Ready-To-Assemble sofas, love seats, chairs and ottomans. Our furniture is made only in the USA and ships direct to you from our factory in High Point, NC via UPS Freight. The patented easy-to-assemble method takes 15 minutes with no tools required. Jeff and Glenn have worked for nearly 20 years to develop the world's highest quality, and easiest assembly RTA living room and family room furniture. Prices for a custom bench-made sofa begin at an affordable $729 and range as high as $1500 with a choice of hundreds of available custom options. Quality living room furniture designed to fit anywhere! Small apartments, attics, studio lofts , boats and RVs; this furniture is shipped flat in heavy-duty double-walled boxes to fit the smallest spaces. Both full size sofas and small scale sofas ship in three boxes and will fit through even the narrowest doors, stairs or elevators. Our largest sofas will fit through any door or stairway wider than 15". Our commitment to quality. Our frames are manufactured from solid kiln-dried oak, ash and maple and come with a lifetime warranty. We don't use plywood (except for our sectional bases and the sharp curve in the arm of our Adam Style) chip core or particle board like other RTA manufacturers. We follow quality standards often found only at the highest price points. For example, all of our furniture is Bench Made, one at a time, not mass-produced on an assembly line. We don't use the industry-standard polyurethane foam cushions with a 1 year warranty. Our standard cushions are Ultracell® HR High Resilience Foam with a 10 year warranty, the same as those used by high end sofa manufacturers charging more than twice our prices. We are a custom manufacturer and offer a choice of more than 100 fabrics, custom-fitted slip covers, firm, soft or down blend cushions, pet-proof fabrics, sleeper sofas and factory-added fabric protection. Our commitment to Service. Simplicity Sofas is an innovator and a leader in providing a level of customer service never before seen in the furniture industry. The owner of the company spent 2 years as a volunteer at Call for Action, a nationwide non-profit consumer help organization dedicated to assisting people with problems concerning fraud, poor service, and consumer rights. As a volunteer, he was able to witness the destructive results of hundreds of examples of poor customer service, but he also witnessed the amazing effect that occurs when a company treats its customers on a personal level and succeeds in not only meeting but exceeding its customers' expectations. One email or phone call to Simplicity Sofas is all it takes to discover the level of customer service that is provided. Your phone call is almost always answered within 2 rings by a thoroughly knowledgeable company executive who will take all the time you need to answer your questions. Emails to the company are answered quickly and thoroughly. Don't be surprised if you get a 2 page response to your questions about construction details. If you request a free catalog, you will get a thank you email advising you that your catalog has been mailed that same day (if received before 4 PM) and giving you lots of updated information about the company. If you request your 5 free fabric swatches, you will receive 10 or 15 or 20 swatches in the mail along with another email that lets you know the swatches have been mailed. Another email is sent when an order is received, outlining estimated production and delivery schedules as well as other useful information. Still another email is sent when an order is ready to be shipped. Estimated delivery schedules and tracking numbers are supplied. The next email is one that no other furniture company but Simplicity Sofas dares to do. After the furniture has been received by the customer, an email is sent by the owner of the company checking to see if everything arrived safely and whether there are any issues that need to be addressed. All issues raised by the customer are corrected, even those that are so minor that the customer says they do not need to be fixed. So now the customer has her furniture, everything is fine. Does the customer service end? Not at Simplicity Sofas. For one thing the Simplicity Sofas warranty and return policy states that If you do not like our furniture for any reason, whatsoever, you may return it to us for a full refund for up to 1 year. The furniture industry in this country has lost hundreds of companies recently that have gone out of business or fled overseas. Simplicity Sofas opened its doors in Nov. 2007 with $0 in sales, exactly one week before President Bush announced that the country was officially in Recession. 3 years later our company is profitably selling over $100,000 per month. This has been accomplished through a combination of factors that the Chinese cannot match. We offer high quality custom products with quick delivery, a wide range of choices and options, and superb customer service. We have lots of foreign competition that sells cheaper products, but they don't come close to us in quality, selection and service. There are a lot of Americans who appreciate the difference.
