Our story begins in the early 20th century with Grandma Lilly making homemade butter candy, rock candy and jams in her kitchen at home. This recipe has evolved through the years and is now better known as Toffee. Lowell Ferguson the grandson has carried on the tradition creating many "New" flavors such as Orange Milk Chocolate Toffee with Macadamia Nuts, Raspberry Dark Chocolate Toffee with Almond, and my personal favorite White Chocolate Toffee with Pistachio.
Hence forth in late 2006, Lowell meets Rich Renzetti a guy with 35 years experience in Food Service Distribution. We proceed to discuss the possibilities of taking Lowell's candy making abilities to the next level (after all the kid does have talent).
In June of 2008 Lowell and Rich create Lowells Candies at 882 S Pearl. Through a few trials and tribulations the company is up and rolling. We are prepared for the holiday season, as well as throughout the year and look forward to servicing you with the BEST Gourmet toffees and brittles available anywhere in the country.
