In college, Jess took the advice she gave anyone else who asked when contemplating the future- “do what you love.” With teaching certificate in hand, she embarked on a career in elementary and school library education that she continues to enjoy today. Teaching has allowed her to share with kids great books they might cherish for a lifetime- or just an afternoon. Martin Mixed-Up at the Beach is her first book. |
