Founded by Edmund Bass to make hardwood lasts for shoemaking we have been in continuous business since 1922. Initially a manufacturer of shoe lasts we expanded into the manufacture of shoe trees in 1933. In the early 1950's we expanded into the manufacture of quality shoe cleaners, shoe polishes, leather protectors and other shoe care accessories. Experimenting with unfinished aromatic red cedar as a shoe tree material we invented the aromatic red cedar shoe tree and have continued to expand our aromatic red cedar offering with a wide range of unique cedar gifts for the home.
We control our manufacturing processes from start to finish so you can be sure of a consistent, high-quality product. Everything we do is designed to give you the finest products and best service. Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction.
Using only the best aromatic red cedar available, our skilled woodworkers today offer a unique line of Cedar Home Products. Products which include shoe trees, shoe care, cedar boxes, cedar fresheners, cedar hangers, cedar organizers and a wide variety of other gift items for the home and backyard.
Every shoe tree is carefully crafted to achieve unrivaled fit and durability necessary to keep shoes looking new and comfortable for the lifetime of the shoe.
Using Aromatic Red Cedar shoe trees is like putting the shoe “back on the last” at the end of the day. This restores the shape of the shoe to keep the fit and good looks. |
