Barbecue Kettle Accessories was established in 2004 to manufacture and distribute the Smokenator concept (US Patent No.: US 7,832,330 B1), which is to convert your kettle barbecue into an efficient and reliable smoker. The company is located in San Jose, California in the heart of Silicon Valley.
The concept came to realization when the inventor, wanted to smoke a 25 pound turkey in a kettle grill. The challenge was to keep the turkey protected from direct heat and provide a humid smoking environment in the kettle. The months of research and experiments that followed provide you with a proven and efficient method of smoking in your kettle grill. |
